CHRISTOPHER A AIRD
Chris has over ten years experience in the kitchen and bath Industry. He has been accredited for exemplary customer services and accountability. He has experience in all aspects from installation, design, sales and service. His design assistants are Amanda Shumar and Sarah Mizner who are both graduates from Indiana University with Bachelor degrees in Interior Design.Sarah and Amanda together have a combined work experience with Manor House Kitchens of over 4 years..
FRANK MOLLICK
Frank has been with Manor House Kitchens since 1989. He started out in our installation department for the first 2 years then advanced to installation department manager and shop supervisor for the next three years. Frank has been part of our sales and design department since that time. He has an extensive background in all phases of remodeling and new construction design. Frank's design team consists of Bruce Cinibulk and Amber Giering. They both have degrees in Interior Design from IUP and have a combined work experience with Manor House Kitchens, for more than 7 years.

ALLEN G. KLINE
Allen has been with Manor House Kitchens for 32 years. Allen has a strong builder & client referral base that can be traced back to his first years with Manor House. Along with his design expertise, Allen has experience in all areas of the company, from warehouse to sales & design. Allen's design team, Traci Kachur & Jennifer Nolfi, both have Degrees in Interior Design as well as a combined work experience of 20 years
WAYNE R. VOUGHT
Wayne has been with Manor House Kitchens for the past 30 years. Wayne has worked in many facets of the company, including installation and management. For the past 14 years, Wayne has been part of our sales & design department. Wayne's design assistant, Sharon Lobosco, has been employed with Manor House for more than 4 years as well as having a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design
TONY DiMATTEO
Tony has been with Manor House Kitchens for 5 years. Tony has over 20 years experience working with new construction as well as remodeling. Tony's design team, Mike Masone & Linda Crawford, both have Degrees in Interior Design.
MIKE MASONE
Mike has been with Manor House Kitchens for 14 years; Mike started his career working as part of Allen Kline's design team. He has experience with the installation, management and sales departments. Mike also has a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design. Currently Mike assists in the operations of the showroom along with sales & design.

Joseph A. Florek
Joseph A. Florek started his career in the kitchen business in 1957 with Backus Cabinet Company. He fabricated cabinets and countertops, painted, and installed in both new construction and remodeling for many years. After that he worked in the ordering department, installation and service department. He then went into the field of designing and sales of kitchens for new construction and remodeling. "I am very proud to be working with the third generation of the Backus Family. I have met many great customers as a salesperson in my 49 years in the kitchen industry."
Thomas E. Backus
Thomas E. Backus has over 29 years in the kitchen industry. He is accredited by the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) as a Certified Kitchen Designer (CKD). He has served as the Vice President of membership for the Pittsburgh NKBA Chapter. Currently, he is on the Board of Directors for the Builders Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh (BAMP) and also serves as a President Club Member. Throughout his career, he has completed lighting, kitchen, and bath master school courses, as well as fabrication and installation courses. Tom's project manager, Randy Stewart, has been employed with Manor House for 19 years and has experience in the sales, installation and service departments. Tom's design team consists of Shaun Cilli with an Associates Degree in Architectural Graphics and Design, Karen Kleinberger who has a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Tom Stumpf, and Nancy Donald. Jennifer Baustert's Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, makes her a great asset in assisting Tom with sales and design, and aids their customers in selections of their products. In addition to assisting Tom Backus, she also manages the operations of the showroom. Together, Tom's design team has a combined work experience of 35 years.

Granite Factory - Visit the Granite Factory
Frank DePietro
Frank has been with Manor House Granite Factory since 2005. Prior to joining our team he has 3 additional years experience with granite, marble, soapstone and other types of natural and composite materials. Frank also has background in interior and exterior construction. In addition to his on-the-job experience, he has a few degrees. He hold an Associate Degree in Specialized Technology and Architectural Graphics and Design, also Architechtural Computer Aided Drafting and Design Degree.
